If you wish to delete your FlareSens account and associated data, please follow the simple steps outlined below.
To initiate an account and data deletion request:
Send an email to flaresensindia@gmail.com with the subject line:
"Delete My FlareSens Account"
Include the following details in the email for verification:
Full Name
Registered Email ID (used in the FlareSens app)
Registered Mobile Number (if applicable)
Reason for deletion (optional)
Our support team will verify your request within 7 working days and confirm once your data has been permanently removed.
Upon your deletion request, the following data will be permanently deleted:
Your user profile and login credentials
Linked site information (if self-created)
Historical alerts and event data (specific to your account)
Compliance logs and system usage reports tied to your user ID
Certain data may be retained temporarily if required by:
Regulatory compliance (e.g., fire event audit logs under NBC/NFPA)
Insurance/legal obligations (up to 6 months per applicable laws)
Shared site-level operational data (where you're not the primary site admin)
In such cases, data is anonymized and no longer personally identifiable.
All data handled by FlareSens is encrypted in transit and stored on secure cloud infrastructure in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, EN 54-1:2021, and other relevant standards.
